Eclairs
The Little Cannoli's eclairs are big, puffy choux pastrys filled with the Little Cannoli's special whipped, crème pâtissière; a vanilla custard pastry cream., The eclairs are drizzelled with rich, dark chocolate ganache and sweet, white chocolate ganache.
The choux pastry shells are light and delicate, buttery and flakey and the filling is soft and sweet, thick and creamy.
Sold individually or in quantity.
